Contracts
Use the above contracts to solicit businesses in your area. If you are a fundraiser (i.e. school, church, youth group, band, sports team, etc.) and do not intend to resell or re-distribute cards to other groups in your area, use the Simple Contract.
If you want to go into the fundraising business, or if you want to offer discount cards after you finish your own fundraiser, we suggest using the Binding Contract.
Regardless of which contract you choose, all businesses who participate need to have a person of authority sign an agreement before you print or distribute any discount cards. Even if the store owner(s) is your friend, get it in writing! This protects you, and your organization.
Art Department: Please keep offers short. Do not repeat stipulations that will be printed on all cards. There is no room for business logos.
